Roster Not anymore 20/10. They will just respect a 2 for 1 ratio, and you can be on base up to 30 days. During low season, expect random roster, 5 reserve 2 off when there is no flight activity. Very difficult to schedule your life.

Employment Situation For Pilots

  Current Situation:  
Hiring both Captains anf FOs on A320. Most likely to take a few cadets as FOs. Lots of flight crews are leaving due to the management forcing to sign the new contract with degradation of the conditions. Moral is low, people on the lookout for other options. 27/Apr/25

ACMI operations + some charter flights. No regulation of the hours flown among flight crews. It goes from 350 to 750 depending your luck 27/Apr/25

EASA ATPL with A320, IR/PBN ratings; Class I medical certificate issued in accordance with Part-MED requirements; Minimum 3000 total hours on multi pilot aircraft with a MCTOW of 5700 kg or more; Minimum 1000 hours on A320 as PIC; EU citizenship and passport allowing unlimited travel; English Language Proficiency level 4 or above; A320 TRI/TRE experience is preferable. 1/Dec/22
