Employment Situation For Pilots

  Current Situation:  
OCC, MCC, main maintenance station and administration is located in Kaunas, Lithuania. Company strategy has two focuses; PSO contracts in Europe (currently Norway, Germany and Italy) and short/long term ACMI and ad-hoc charter operations world wide. Airbus production is 95% ACMI based. All flights operate on Lithuanian AOC. All new pilots are Self employed. 7/Jan/24

Interview and personality questionnaire followed by sim screening in a fixed base procedure trainer. A technical quiz is also made at the sim screening (well known ATPL with weight on performance). Sim screening covers basic flying skills and mental capacity. 4/Mar/20
