Stable operation. High fleet utilization, so good operator to gain worldwide experience very quickly. Some aircraft sold, some added. Fleet renewal from CL604 to CL605 and LJ60 to LJ60XR in planning. Overall stable fleet size. Some fluctuation of FO's as many airlines were hiring from experienced GA pilots pool. Partially demanding roster and lots of longhaul and ultra longhaul flying. ER-ops 180min and heavycrew aproval on all fleets. Due to decades of special mission experience, some flights to hostile/sanctioned areas with official approvals and/or diplomatic clearances to be expected. |
