Roster |
Random roster. Published 14 days in advance for the next month. Different clusters available (5x), not always respected by rostering department.
Minimum 7 off per month, usually 10. (Minimum days OFF in a year: 120)
Mostly overnights. 4-5 days duty usually. No rule set for off-days. Usually 2-3 days but not rare 1 day off only.
Commuting is possible and widespread throughout the personnel, but hard.
Overnights:
A320: domestic + international iaw. network
A220: only domestic. |

Leave |
30 days per year.
Leave days absorb off-days as 1 every 3. For example: 7 days off (minimum per month) + 3 days of leave = 9 days not working, not 10 (=3+7-1). 7 days off + 6 leave = 11 days not working (=6+7-2).
Leave days are always paid as per contract. |
