STN base closed. PMI/ZAG/ZAD received few euros salary increase. Main base VIE rejected the offer as the company was not willing to negotiate in any other way than "take it or leave it". Frustration is at very high level. Line training for new pilots very slow as many LTCs quit. Even some local people to bases leaving the company. |
