3 contracts available : Estonian contract, German contract or Spanish contract (only commuting from MAD). In case of German contract : Social security is paid from gross salary to German state then 22% income tax to Estonian state (all done by the company). In case of Spanish contract : you are employed through an agency in Spain. Per Diem will change from a contract to another. Lowest are German per diem : 26€ (minus 20% if breakfast is provided at the hotel according german law).

Roster 17ON/8OFF 7ON/3OFF or flexible. In case of commuting 1st and last day of ON are used for transportation from/to home. Pilots are free to choose whatever they want. 17/10 in talks but nothing sure. 15/15 is also a project. Crew planning really try to make you happy as best as they can. As a trainee going through LTC the roster is not fixed as they want you to be released as soon as possible.

Employment Situation For Pilots

  Current Situation:  
Great. The company belongs to 'Attestor Capital' the same shareholder as Condor. Lufthansa City Airlines has delegated line training for some of its pilots to Marabu. 13/Aug/25
   
  Outlook:  
2 more NEO to arrive by December 2025. 1 more in March 2026. New hiring wave starting soon in Sept 2025. Growing very fast at the moment. According to last internal newsletter the bond with Condor will be tighter from now on. DUS might become a summer base in 2026 to replace Condor there. STR will become a permanent base from Oct 2025. A lot of discussion about opening bases in Poland and Czech Rep for next year. Aiming to 15 NEOs by the end of 2026. 12/Aug/25

Type Rating mandatory. No flight hours required on type but limited spot for cadets with this profile. Otherwise 200 to 300 BH on type is a good place to start. English level 5 or more. Medical Class 1.
