flydubai Jobs Situation For Pilots	last update

Current Situation:
Command upgrade is now more like two years as opposed to one. Rostering has hit an all time low. Extremely poor rostering, combined with night flying is leaving pilots extremely fatigued.	6/Oct/11

Outlook:
Despite new aircraft arriving, only three will be added to the fleet next year due to leasing out of older aircraft. Pilot recruitment is not as required and Flydubai just don�t have the destinations required for the number of aircraft first ordered. Major plans to fly into India have not materialised.	6/Oct/11

The programme itself is a two-stage process. Day 1 consists of a welcome brief, an occupational aptitude/cognitive assessment and a simulator assessment. At the end of the day, candidates will be notified if they have been successful in the first stage of the assessment and will continue onto the second day of the programme. Day 2 involves a Human Resources brief, psychometric evaluation, panel interview and a medical check. A complete itinerary shall be provided to candidates on their arrival in Dubai. Following completion of the full selection programme, a decision of suitability will be made and candidates advised within 8 to 12 weeks. Offers will be subject to suitable references being obtained and other pre-joining requirements being met. UPDATE: For this RP programme you have to pay 150�. Not very serious.	25/Nov/10
