Sponsorship handled by CTC Wings, from whom easyJet currently source cadets. There are 4 stages in the selection process: the first hurdle consits of motivational essay questions, the second of aptitude tests and team exercises, then interview and finally a simulator ride. Overall success rate 1.5-2%. Apply through www.ctcaviation.com/wings. (Note this is a fully SELF-SPONSORED route though). |
