They are optimizing the fleet regarding pilots so that they fly with min. Crew/AC. Not hiring anymore for 2010.	15/Jul/10

Outlook:
Neutral, planning ahead for a tough winter in the European market. They have the 1. position in their countries but still the effect of these positions are not yet reflected in the company. Recruitment requirements for 2010 have been met and they plan to restart the recruitment process in the autumn.	20/Jul/10
