Growth is not as big as the last year's. Company trying to optimise the network in order to get a stable income and to keep the momentum in these difficult times. |

| Only a few aircrafts are coming NET over the next years. Company is stable and with the current decision to maximise it's profits, they should be allright for the forthcoming years.
Not a big need for pilots, but fluctuations occurs quite often since pilots leave for other and better companies. CPT's have bigger chances to get a job than FO's. |
