1) Psychological assessment (Computer question bank, Interview) at Lufthansa Flight Training facility in FRA. 2) Screening on B737-400 or -800, either in MGL or BRE. 3) Interview with HR and Chiefpilot 737 at the HQ in HAJ. For ab initio candidates with the partner flightschool FMG: 1a) BU similar to the BU for DLH has to be passed at the DLR in Hamburg 2a) A HLF-FQ together with a Simulator screening 3a) Interview with HR and Chiefpilot 737   20/Jul/06
