| Roster |
You get a minimum of 7 days OFF per month, including one block of 4 consecutive days OFF. 96 days OFF per year. OFF days can be rostered of layovers. Expect multiple roster changes each month. There is a significant amount of out-of-base flying. The Planning Department can assign duties on blank (unscheduled) days without prior consent, as long as the change is made more than 48 hours in advance. Any changes made less than 48 hours ahead require crew approval. ACMI now mostly in India and to some extent in Cameroon. |

You get 25 days of annual leave. A block of 14 consecutive days is guaranteed by Czech labor law, but the company decides when you can take it. There’s a very low chance of getting time off during the summer season. You won’t receive confirmation of your leave until 14 days before the requested period. |

Phase A (online):
Modules:
? Online test - things like rotated cubes, shapes (cut into a few pieces, select which one is it), sequences, and many questions about your character
? Online interview with psychologist
Phase B (on site):
? ATPL - literally some subset from the aviation exam
? English - spoken (some aviation related stuff and some general english) and written (mostly general english)
? Group session - drawing persons, practise of communication in couples, group session on creation of airport (drawing on a whiteboard)
? Psychomotoric testing - the compass test, some difficult sequences, select how much a word applies to your character
? SIM Check: SIM Check on ATR42/72 static sim or for TR pilots and pilots applying for CP position on B737 NG / A320 full motion SIM. Short IFR flight (SID, vectors, approach) with focus on following items: - standard instrument departure using conventional means of navigation - determination of aircraft position - transition altitude / transition level - joining of determined route - standard instrument arrival - entry in published holding pattern - instrument approach with own navigation from IAF - missed approach procedure - standard ICAO ATC phraseology - airmanship
? Final interview - introduction, something about you and flying, if anything failed then what was your weak spot, results summary and questions on when you can start Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here. |
