Some DE depending on rating and experience. Must know somebody from inside. Huge pile of CVs from bankrupted Futura 737 pilots at OPS desk, so no internal fleet upgrades for a while.	21/Oct/08

FOs have to pay 120 euros for going to the selection process, then, if successful they have to pay another 25000 euros for the type rating (ATR or ENB120) WITH SWIFTAIR, and then, then will stay in Swiftair either for 500 hours or 18 months, whichever is achieved the SOONEST. During this time, "FOs" or "student FO" will earn 500 euros GROSS per month. Then NO chance AT ALL to remain in the company, because thousands of other applicants are in the queue with the credit card ....	21/Mar/08
