Online tests include IQ test, personality profile test. At interview: First do a 50 quetion technical sheet, then interview with Chief pilot and other pilot. Here only personality is judged. NO SIM and quite relaxed atmposphere with a bit good cop/bad cop at interview. PLI online test before interview iso IQ test. Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here. |
