The company will always have a holding pool. The company will submit candidates to an interview, if successful sends candidates to Psychometrics tests and HR/Psychology interview, then medical examinations. If successful candidates will be on a holding pool and wait to be called.
Type rated can be paid by the company and deducted on salary (25k on 3 years) or paid upfront. Training in Frankfurt, Vienna, Amsterdam or London, accommodation and flights provided by the company. Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here. |
