Annual Pay. Accepted pay offer includes a further rise of 0.75% as of November 2007. The 2 year deal includes and increase to all Scales using the February 2008 RPI plus 1.50% with effect from 1st April 2008
Pay Offer Accepted.
Pilots on the productivity scale is proportional to the number of widebodied aeroplanes.
I have stopped the scales at Yr 10 because at present there is a 10 year CAP for new joiners. Hopefully this will be removed in the future.
10 days off per 28 days. Roster 'Ring fencing' now live.
Part year working available over winter. Allowing paid leave for year long salary cut. Size of cut is dependant on length of leave.
