Jet Time Jobs Situation For Pilots

Current Situation:  
Company is doing well financially, but the morale has dropped dramatically over the last year. With only one weekend off pr month and CPH based crews away on nightstops 10-12 nights a month, the situation is desperate. The management/employee relationship is at an all time low. 19/Nov/11
 
Outlook:  
Several pilots in both BLL and CPH are awaiting start dates at other airlines. The company is still expanding though. Summer 2012 will probably see 1o aircraft in the fleet.   19/Nov/11
