overtime pay: Individual salary/130*1,3 for the first 20 hours and factor *1,7 from 21st hour overtime. Captains earned approx. 20% of their salary on top due to a lot of overtime work. Captains payscale range is from 150.000-250.000 Euro per year. Depending on previous salary level as First Officer, Captains will start at higher salary level after upgrade |
