Estonian Air A/S Jobs Situation For Pilots	last update

Current Situation:
Although the conditions are good the moral of the pilot group is down - there are many issues that have to be solved. Pilot union and management is in the court to find solution. Keep pushing 20% paycut and threatening for 30% paycut, which is possible to make by law for 3 months.	30/Jan/10

Outlook:
brand new rumour about firing the complete management board very soon due to very weak performance the last 4 years in row	7/Feb/10
