Upon leaving company entitled to the following: less than 5 years completed-no portion of the companies contribution more than 5 years completed but less than 7 years: 75% of the companies portion 7 or more years completed: 100% of the companies contribution.

Three stage assesment process held over four days in Dubai. Day 1: Sim and 6 Compass tests. Get a call in the evening if you have passed and can proceed to day 2 and 3. Day 2: 3 x Group Exercises. 2 psychometric tests. Then tour of accommodation and medical facilities. Automatically progress to Day 3 Day 3: 3 more psychometric tests. HR interview. Psychometric Interview. Call at hotel confirming progress to Day 4 (or not) Day 4: Medical Unsuccessful candidates do not progress to second and third stage. Emirates pay for flights to DXB, accommodation and food.   11/May/10
