Current Situation:
Pilots in pool since 18 months, no selection forecast. 4 year bond for type rating.	14/Feb/11

Outlook:
New selections by begining 2006. There has been an agrement with the major Air France, so many Britair Pilots are going to Air France resulting in many pilots vacancies being expected. Starting on the CRJ fleet, Type Rating is offered by Britair.	11/Dec/05
