Outlook:
The outlook is neutral, as the SARS outbreak has decimated most of the traffic here. Policy of nationalization is rearing it's head but believe jobs available for at least 10 years or so. Be prepared for a 'one man show' if coming here. Presently approx 20% expats, Americans, British, Brazilians, Malaysians, Australians, Turks, Poles, Indonesians, Filipinos.	6/May/03
