Expanding route structure. Air Japan now includes Freight Ops. |

| Pilot Moral at an all time low. With the integration of Air Japan And ANA & JP Express Management have decreased pay to Capts and they have taken away a day off per month. 2-3 pilots leaving per month. Company want to expand but cannot get qualified pilots to even apply. Training takes 8 months and during this time pilots are only to leave to go home once, max twice. |
