Company will cover all expenses towards maintaining latvian license and medical. Foreign licenses and medicals will be reimbursed to a maximum of 100 LVL = 140 EUR

Capt top Year 1+2 = 4200 EUR. Year 3+4 = 4620 EUR. Year 5+ = 4900 EUR. Currently the salary scheme is spilt into base pay, being a rather small taxable amount and the remaining salary payed out as dividends 23/Mar/10

All pension plans has been removed. Loss of licence insurance - airBaltic will cover all costs for loss of licence insurance if you are employed in our company for at least 1 year after Line check.

Change of business model is causing high demands on flight crew. Expect 8-12 nights out of base with minimum rest(F50). 5/Sep/09
 
Outlook:  
Possibility of new jet fleet A320 or B737NG, will be decided later this year, generally no DE Captains.   6/Jul/10
